By participating in our camps, you agree to:

1. Allow Maximum Football to hold my entered data in relation to this camp sign up and contact me in future about potential camps. I agree that my information and my child's information can be used for administrative purposes for these camps.
2. Grant Maximum Football to use photos from these camps in promotional materials (social media, newspapers, magazine) and these photos may feature my child.
